Can riot admit they made a mistake?

Ever since the addition of auto pushing minions they have made it harder to come back form a losing game. I'm not saying every game should be a tooth and nail battle even if it is 1 to 38 but losing lane due to an early gank and then having to constantly roam down and stop the wave from pushing in because the enemy minions are now stronger than yours is really punishing.

Before when you lost turret you could still freeze the lane and roam to help your team. With auto pushing minions (something alot of players don't know is a thing) the enemy teams minions or your minions will be pushing into the already losing lanes inner turret.

Reverting this change would bring back more macro play where having to manage the side waves doesn't feel like it's either a chore or something you no longer have to do

Companies would rather feign ignorance or incompetence than admit they are wrong.

Look at Destiny 2 and Battlefront 2, both pretended like they didn't know people wanted shitty deals and back alley xp/loot systems or that the system they made gimps gains upon meeting certain conditions.

In terms of Riot it honestly feels like this is what they want the game to be. It's the fast paced, all damage bonanza that draws new people who might be put off by what a moba looks/plays like.
