are the only items in the game that remove CC, and to be honest, I'm getting tired of being thrown around like a chew toy, not being able to do a damn thing. Either give merc treads the 45% tenacity back or give me a new item so I can actually survive as a champion with less than 4k hp.

NinjaGuy691 votesIf they added more items into the game then that would reduce the overall value of champions who rely on CC to be successful. Balance is a really delicate thing and adding items (or spells) into the game that can negate things can often have unintended results. Just think of the old QSS/Mercurial Scimitar or Yasuo's Wind Wall. They're difficult to balance and can have long-lasting consequences.
