get a "solo que boost" for 120 rp to be allowed to que up as a solo player for the shittiest experience of your life.
jokes aside, if solo players wouldnt que up with dyn que, premade groups would never be able to form teams. so i dont think its in riots interest to prevent solo players from quing up.
dyn que still failed. but more to incompetence than ill intent.
