Is there a way to ensure you dont get in a match with somone?

I'm sure it's happened to others, right? You've just been in a terrible game, regardless of the outcome, cause that one guy on your team was an absolute ass and ruined it for you. I've had a few. The reason I'm asking now is cause recently i was in a game where i would rather wait out the time penalty for rejecting the game in character select rather than be forced to play with that guy again c: it was bad. So, is there anyway to block a player or make it so that you wont be added to a que with them in it? or am i better off just leaving the game if i see them again?
