There's just no reason. Right, you can snare, and slow for a bit, but she's squishy and there's no point to pick her over someone like Morgana, who can stun for longer, or Soraka.

she's outclassed. but what does bring is the same as velkoz and brand, a fuckton of damage that'll destroy an enemy carry or half hp their tanky supp. (if not just straight up kill them too.)
Fuh Queue2 votesThough I agree Lux support isn't ideal, if played properly it can be really strong. The long range (almost) unavoidable E ability mixed with the snare that can hit both support/adc together, a shield that can block physical damage and an ult to finish people off from a distance. She works well if played around her ability to poke effectively from a distance, but again she is outclassed by other supports.
