Strange Matchmaking Rules

Dear Riot, I love you and I love League of Legends. I've been playing since season 3, I play the game daily, and its a masterpiece, but your game is busted. I am currently sitting in Bronze IV because I'm just awful at the game. I fully understand that because of my rank I am matched with generally poor players, and I understand that if I want better teammates I just have to rank up. But I have 1200+ games played and I have a lot of game knowledge. Yet I consistently get matched with teammates that have about 100-300 games played. I fully understand that I will get matched with newer players because of my rank, but consider a way to have players that are experienced and in similar divisions to get matched and the newer players get matched together. Perhaps a queue that is only unlocked after a player has so many games played? I'm all for teaching new players and giving them advice but it is quite hard to carry a game when my 2/7 bot lane doesn't understand that if they split mid after a teamfight the 10/2 Khazix will double kill them. Or when a Rengar ults and I see my team split up. I just want to be matched with players that have about as much game knowledge as I do. It makes the game unplayable when your team is inexperienced and you can't count their severe mistakes on one hand. I know you quality assurance guys and all you developers are working hard on making the game more fun, this is just feedback to help you with that. I've seen the game go from an addicting clown fiesta of overpowered champions to a fast-paced and enjoyable MOBA over these past few years and this is just one of those things that makes the game frustrating and makes you feel useless as a player when it happens.
