UGH watched one of my replays against annie
We won game, but at level 6 i all inned her, with 
She killed me, BUT she has 58 health. I R to her and she lived with 8 hps left.
@Riot, (rickless as well) i know you guys hlaved her R ratio... but this 10% that your putting in is still considered a nerf compared to 6.21. i cannot accept a 10%. it needs to be atleast at 40-45% like ... you dont just half a scaling ultimate, thats insaine, then give us a tad bit of a percentage 3 months later? thats so trashy... give us atleast 40% and 2/1.5/1 CD back
