The Most Balanced Buff To Olaf Ever

He is refunded 10 mana for every axe picked up stacking to up to 4 times. If he doesn't stack within 3 seconds he loses all current stacks.

This would give Olaf what he lacks, a form of poke that doesn't run him dry every time he uses it. Neither will it be abusive like cough .... You can't really go wrong with it since all it does is simply make it more important to keep picking up your axes to successfully chase down an enemy or for an easy form of wave clear that doesn't run you dry. Thoughts?

I don't play Olaf all that much (please inform me if I'm wrong), but these changes seem reasonable if he really does have a mana problem with his q.

Base cooldown: 7 seconds.

CDR from picking up an axe: 4.5 seconds.

Including casting delay and missile travel speed, it would be nearly impossible to keep stacks up with those conditions, especially if you're actually using his axe for, y'know, their express purpose of closing the gap through a hard, ranged slow.

Also, last time I played Olaf, the only serious mana cost he had was his Q, and nothing has changed in a long time, so it's probably still true. Why would he need this change, again? Especially considering the recent increase in bruiser itemization that goes with his kit pretty well.
