Passive: A highly situational ability that is only useful if you plan around it and use it to bait out kills.
Q: A skillshot stun on a long cd that enemies can juke in a number of ways because it needs to be reactivated to stun people. One of the few abilities that can be juked by walking towards the enemy.
W: A highly situation ability that requires excellent game knowledge to make good use of.
E: A pretty basic ability. The only thing is to make sure the enemy has been hit by Q or R recently before using it.
R: Cannot be re-positioned quickly, meaning you have to know where you are going to be fighting before placing it. On top of that it is only working at max efficiency if you leave it there for a while.
On top of that Anivia clocks into the slowest movement category of LoL champs at a measly 325. On top of this she has no mobility of any kind, only mobility denial.
Her mana costs are also through the roof, meaning a large chunk of her gold has to go into purchasing mana based items to stay relevant in teamfights.
