team builder doesnt exist (R.I.P)
he gets instalocked in blindpick (there is almost always someone whos faster than you and if you manage to get him someone will dodge)
he gets banned in draft (to the people who ban brandnew champs in draft - fuck you)
i think i speak for many players when i say that i dont want to test them against bots who can be outsmarted by a drunk monkey
I only ban new champs in ranked. If you're advocating playing the new champ in ranked in day one then fuck you sir.

My proposal has always been this... For the first month a new or reworked champ cannot be banned in regulars or played in ranked. Problem solved....
I miss team builder for this very reason. I can find other stuff to occupy my time while waiting for team builder to get me a game. I've waited in team builder on other champion releases/first free week for 20 minutes before because I'd rather just play the champ I want once than play a game of somebody else

I feel like new champions should be cheaper for that reason. You are basically paying additional 1500 IP to NOT play the champion.
I mean, I went to draft three times today. Three times I got ADC. Three times I got first pick on my team. Three times I played Lucian instead.
