Aren't some ad assasins a bit too naturally tanky?

I'm just confussed ..... yesterday i had a game were i was stomping with Evelynn and the enemy team had a Talon. When i was lvl 14 i decided to watch the map and i clicked on Talon's face just to realize that a level behind and with only lethality he had 100 more health than me ......but that's not the funny part the funny part is that i had a item 3151 that gave me 300 health and he was tankier than me a level behind and only with item 3147 and item 3142 .....I mean Eve and Talon are in the same class both are assasins and Talon is just tankier for no reason at all. Like i said i'm not mad or anything im just confussed

Because item 3812 item 3814 item 3026 item 3155 /item 3156 item 3139 /item 3140 item 3111 item 3047 item 3071 aren't enough for them. Especially item 3155 is not broken enough to save them.

at lvl 13 talon has 1628 base hp and 68 armor 53 mr where eve has 1588 base hp 79 armor 47 mr

so that is a difference of 40 base hp in favor of talon, 9 base armor in favor of eve 6 base mr in favor of talon

so how did he more HP with no hp items?

Well talon isn’t a lethality builder at the most he builds flat AD.

  1. Didn't happen
  2. Champions that are based around dealing damage and aren't meant to be tanky are given slight increases in their base stats so that they are forced into actually itemizing for damage. It's a strategy used quite often, and it's used to make sure that they don't NEED the defensive stats all the time so they don't NEED to build tanky. Same goes for tank-based champions, they have higher base AD than others while having lower base HP. It's just to force them into their proper roles and prevent abuse of itemization.
