Normal games
I have seen a lot of unnecessary complaints of champions being broken, and I think the reason may be the environment the player is playing in. The majority of players spend their time on League of Legends playing normal matches, now I am assuming based off of information from multiple sources that normals mmr works a lot like ranked, and that the player is matched up to players of 'similar' skill levels. But what I do see a lot of and have seen a few complaints about is players who play ranked mainly and achieve a rank around platinum or higher are playing with players who are in silver-gold when they enter q for normal matches, I am to assume the reason why is because either the player is in a group, or the player simply doesn't play a lot of normal matches to raise his normal's mmr to an accurate representation of his skill level. So this leads to these more experienced and often better players, doing good against these lower rated, and not as good players. I think this leads to many misconceptions of a champion's strength. As an example a player will be a bronze rated adc up against a platinum Vayne. The player will be in what they consider an even or even favorable match up and due to the skill difference between the player the platinum Vayne will still do good that game and win that match up without any trouble, now after that match that player will think "Vayne is op", they will think that the player simply did well because of the champion that they were using. So I hope I made it clear that this very well may be the issue with peoples' complaints. So this is a problem but, if there is a problem there should be a solution. I don't know what Riot could do do fix something about the uneven playing field in normals considering skill level, or even if they would wish to do something about this but, I have a proposition. I would recommend that Riot implements a system that will raise normal's mmr according to ranked mmr, but can still fluxuate, so if I am a bronze 1 player, and I enter a normals match my mmr would be that of a bronze 1 player, but if I start to play normals it can fluxuate based on that.
