What happens when a fiddlestick that have thunderlord ults on 5 enemy champs at the same time? Does he proc thunderlord on all 5 of the champs? How does thunderlord choose which champ to proc it on if all 5 champs gets hit 3 times at exactly the same time?

Not sure, but apparently if Karthus buys Luden's Echo and ults, the echo proc will ALWAYS hit the champion at the top of the score board (the thing you see when you press Tab). So by rearranging the order of champions there, you can control who will take the extra damage. Maybe Fiddle's ult + Thunderlords works something like this?

I always thought it is the first person that loaded into the game on the enemy team. I could be easily wrong though.
