Top 10 safest champions in the game (non-supports, non-junglers, and non-ADC's)?

So a little bit about myself: I don't play strong champions, but rather, I play safe ones. I don't care how much damage I can dish out, as long as I know that no matter how skilled my enemy laner is and no matter what my team composition is, I am still able to farm safely and remain relevant throughout the game. The only one I can think of at the moment is Orianna. Laning phase she's safe with no hard matchups, and no matter how behind she is, she'll always remain relevant throughout the game. Other possible ones are Ziggs and top lane Lulu.

Any others?

Basically here are the criteria that I'm looking for.

-Difficult to zone -Easy to get farm -Not dependent on snowballing -Still relevant even if I got zero kills

Singed is like that for me. It doesn't really matter if he gets kills or even dies. as long as you are getting cs (not hard at all) you can impact a game just by trailing your poison. You can literally tell the enemy where they can go in a team fight :P

Ik you said non-ADCs, but Tristana is pretty good for that. I like to play her top more than bot anyway.

Annie is also meets that criteria as long as you have tibbers+stun...otherwise you're pretty worthless late game with no kills. You can escape pretty much any gank though.

Aatrox While not very strong at any point in the game, he's pretty much safely indestructible while putting out a moderate amount of damage.

Attorx is not easy to play, and he certainly is not indestructible. You have to destroy your enemy to win the lane. If you will play "safely" you will do nothing for your team later.

Ziigs Lulu Syndra Orianna Gragas Zilean Xerath Kayle Lux Morgana

Basically a champ who can farm at ranged distances, has some wave clear and an escape mechanism.

i dissagree with Gragas. He used to be good farmer but after THE changes he is more of a tank/support and he cannot easily vawe clear with his barrels.

Morgana mid is incredibly safe And you can actually deal pretty good damage if you are good at landing the binding otherwise you can just farm and push the lane with the W (pool) and sustain through passive (and possibly RoA) And Morgan's kit will almost always be relevant as long as you are able to use the shield in time and are able to hit bindings Not to mention Morgan ult is really good to counter teams which dive onto your team (if not there is always the whole flash into the enemy team and ult... that kind of works to)

The reason she isn't played is because she is usually better as support and because she has somewhat low damage/kill potential unless you consistently land bindings

Malzahar and Lissandra both seem safe to me. Once you get any mana item on either of them, you can sit back and waveclear, and both have great instant cc, making post-6 dives very risky.

If you get 0 kills, and are not keeping stellar numbers of CS, I must reccomend lissandra. Her ult grants teamfights on a golden platter to her team.

Thanks for all your suggestions.

Maokai is a great pick toplane. He is very safe, extremely tanky, and has a lot of utility. But most importantly, he's a very fun champion to play.

I'd say Xerath. Even if you didnt engage and try to go for kills mid and got so so farm, into teamfights your still usefull. Loke range poke and ult, slot and a good stun.

Once you get a few levels and items (mana item important) You can pretty much burn a whole wave is a few seconds, so you can farm safely.

Jayce

Even if you are behind or even, you still crush towers and farm fast/easy. Jayce is also pretty difficult to pin down, due to his knockback, slow, and speed up. And having an on-demand speed up for your whole team is pretty helpful too.
