PING TOOL PLZ RITO!

Riot should add a small tool on the launcher that shows your current ping time off the server, updated every 5 min or so to avoid server overload. This way people with inconsistent connections can see if they are likely to be able to play a round or struggle with ping. I believe a tool like this would help prevent dc's and laggers in games.
