Need Advice-Please Help. (Bronze)

Hi, I don't think I am like most stereotypical bronze players. I was Silver 5 got demoted and now and at bronze 1 with 4 LP. I started playing irelia, been practicing and have been doing good, winning in CS and kills in normals. But In all my normals something like a fed bot lane or mid was afk for 2 minutes happens. I just wanted to ask the more experienced players how I can do better and get back into Silver. I want to be gold by the end of the season and wanted to ask for some advice. Any advice specifically about irelia because she is the champ I feel like I can climb with.
