We knew the game was over at 12 mins, at 14 mins we decided to put the enemy team out of their misery. All I can say about this game...

they will give up at 5-7 minutes instead of at 10-13 minutes knowing that the end is closer.
games that could have been (difficult) comebacks become forfeitures after less than 5 kills. The match is over long before the actual vote ever goes through, because players stopped trying, stopped playing. Had you played seriously and actually tried for another few minutes, maybe things could have swung back your way.
this idea doesnt encourage gameplay. It doesn't promote learning nor improvement. It promotes giving up and focusing solely on the outcome of the match; this is why the surrender time shouldnt be lowered.
Cavemantero1 votesI actually agree with you but rito has put the game in a broken state. Its not fun anymore. The comebacks used to happen quite often but they are far and few between now because of the high damage, level snowballing, and death timers.

the long death timers give you that window. If you are getting snowballed on but turtle smartly, you can often find a pick or fight later on that leads to victory
I die very little now when i play. People are just bad and feed their lanes. That should be punished
Cavemantero1 votesPeople call for FF before the tower takes a bit of damage and our team is WINNING. They are gutless and have fallen prey to the 'surrender' meta. Of course, now, since damage and snowballing are out of control yeah, the FF should be at 10 minutes not 15. Its ridiculous.
