Nasus's Q should do AoE damage around the point of impact, its radius increasing with stacks.

I've never had that happen to me. However, I've done that several times to other players. +6 for the kill +1 for the post

Keep his Q and update the rest of his outdated kit.
I do that sometimes, lol. Sometimes you just wanna see how much damage you do before you go back to farming.
i did this once. i could never get onto a teemo so i just flat out ignored him with good sustain in lane. after about 20 minutes of ignoring him he suddenly started just like NOT stopping AA ing me. like was giving up minions so i figured "oh hey. shit mo is trying to all in me. well i guess it came to this eventually" i just walked up waited for the blind to finish when my wither was on him. q. with sheen proc and 350 stacks . . . he lost half his health. he INSTANTLY flashed. like that damage spooked him.
