Does Riot even care about how people feel for Matchmaking?

When you put dummies vs platinum league, it's a one sided battle, no one has fun on the losing team because they can't do anything. The winning team might be bored too, i know i would. A good match is where both teams are neck and neck competing for that Nexus, both teams have strong players who have EQUAL <----- skill level or amount of matches. I don't like to be paired up with people who JUST reached level 30 and are finally playing the game while I'm stuck against Elo Gods. Not only is that UNFAIR, but it ruins the fun of the game, which causes toxicity among those who are annoyed by the constant defeats. Sure you win a victory or 2 but then it's back to the mad defeats and next thing you know you're banned for verbal abuse or something because of how angry you're getting. Taking breaks doesn't help you'll still come back, lose 3 more games, and rage. All because Riot won't implement a balanced Skill based Matchmaking.
