Could the game remember the position of the surrender vote?
Or at least place it by default in a more convenient spot, i.e. on the bottom of the screen, opposite to the minimap.

League by nature makes people look at the minimap as often as possible for more information. Hard to miss the giant surrender vote directly on top of it.
