Ghost or Flash on Nasus top?

generally i prefer ghost for teh more reliable use of getting more Qs but flash is a better disengage tool. Id personally say varies on enemy lol. late game always ghost but just for the laning where your prone to getting ganked flash

Flash because he has a slow, but doesn't have any escape himself and flash is better for escaping

Depends on enemy comp, usually flash. Also ghost has a lower cd than flash, keep that in mind.

If I were you id try flash a for a few games and then ghost to see what you prefer best.

Always take Ghost. Ghost is sooooooooo good on Nasus. It's almost as if it was made for him. The great thing about Ghost is how it enables you to kill your opponent anytime you want, assuming you have enough stacks. No one escapes from a Nasus with Ghost. But here's the best part, it has a low cooldown so it's practically always up. I can't ever imagine playing Nasus without Ghost ever again. He feels so incomplete without it.
