In what world is a massive range reduction on his ult, his only built in mobility, a "buff?" I'd sincerely like to know. Having a slight mana cost reduction helps his weak laning phase but nothing else.

he didnt put the range decrease in the post i dont keep up with pbe and stuff from what he put it was a buff
