Give kled courage off Jungle camps. The fact he isn't a viable jungler is beyond logic.

There's also no reason for his mobility while mounted to be wasted in just one lane either. Meanwhile, and are pick/bans, and no one else can keep up with them in mobility. Give kled jungle privileges next patch riot. If I have to actually divulge specifics on why kled jungle should be a thing, just try actually playing kled jungle and NOT lose skaarl during your first clear, without having to modify your runes/masteries that ruin the rest of his already mediocre early game.
