It's pretty much Gnar, but you stay in mini mode 100% of the time. Horrible to play against as a melee, but Gnar and Quinn top lanes are just as frustrating so whatever. I can't recommend you try it - not because it won't work, but because taking it against a melee top laner to deliberately create misery is a dick move.

I ended up going 3 and 4 against a garen somehow. lol. Next season i think it could work. Sated passive is being put on guinsoos, so if i rush guinsoos i can go full tank after that top lane

It was pretty tanky, he would permaslow people, and his W passive with triforce proccing every tumble led to a satisfactory amount of damage.
