Ping KDA and CS Score

We should be able to ping KDA and CS score. I don't care if people say that this enable "toxicity."

I would rather have someone spam pinging someone's shitty score than having 2 people typing out 5 page essays mid game and losing even more focus than they should.

And also, as a jungle main, it would be a more efficient way of communicating why it's such a bad idea to gank a 4-0-3 Darius with 120 cs with my 0-4-0 laner who has 50 cs.
