and suddenly the sarcasm comes out "wow you're sooooo good"
"you think you're good? lol"
like god damn i'm just trying to make conversation. people in this game are so confrontational and aggressive over NOTHING.

Nazzadan1 votesCould be for a few reasons. Was this in all chat? Was this in ranked against people in bronze and it could be construed as a humble-brag? Was this against players better than you that would see you saying you were silver 1 as if it means something?
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say you were just matched with jerks, but there are situations where their reactions would be justified.

it was after i died in lane, and i said something along the lines of being rusty and not having played in a while. it was a normal, and im not sure what their ranks were.

how is it bragging? s1 is still low on the totem pole. i was just saying i used to be 2 years ago.
again, people are so sensitive and quick to turn hostile in this game its insane.
