make his W's DoT apply effects like thunderlords and Deathfire touch, Liandry's (the Dream) and Rylai's, and make it apply spellvamp.
Kayle's E works a whole lot like Nautilus' W but yet, she can proc all of those items, while Nautilus Can't.

The fact that he can be full tank and still annihilate fed ADCs is ridiculous,
AND THIS IS COMING FROM A NAUT PLAYER, BEFORE YOU CALL IT QQ. Yesterday I played a game of Naut jungle against a Kindred. Me 2-0, their Lucian ADC 7-0 with 100 CS. I killed him with half health remaining, even after his flash and dash.

should apply all of that with his w. what he needs his e doing damage on multiple hits back. nautilus barely built ap and it was intended to punish those who were running which it did an if nautilus did build ap his scaleing was poor and the damage wasnt much just slighty more. not to mention they nerfed warmogs max hp -800 from 1000 nerfed warmogs passive from healing 1-1.5 of your max hp at all times and 8 % out of battle far better than 15% of max hp after 8 seconds of not taking damage makes it worthless versus poke and constant damage and in fights in general. nerfed (really switched the use) 
which tanks ap tanks bought for utility and hp in favor of more damage. buffed lots of damage and penetration items at the same time across all classes. nerfed 
to 90 armor.
riot hates tanks. to be more accurate riot loves every one else more than tanks so its not that you hate that child you just love your other children more. the one good thing that riot for tanks which was actually more for bruisers and their new juggernaut babies is make dead mans plate a normal item
If Riot did that, Naut would be perma-banned and you would never get to play him. He's fine as is.
