Playing some ranked flex with some friends. Spot enemy jungler in river at 1/2 hp, chase after him towards top. I reach their tri bush but realize our top lane isn't paying attention but theirs is, so I try to back off. You can see where I'm trying to click...and this is the result.

I thought at the time maybe the ward had somehow gotten me stuck, but after rewatching the ward was put down after I got stuck, and I couldn't move until I destroyed it. What the hell?

I am pretty sure that happened because of pantheon stun. At least based on the animation pantheon had when entering from fog of war.

Looks like some kind of packet loss or a "flash disconnect" that didn't crash the game entirely. If you are playing on Wi-Fi, that is likely your answer.

Looks like you dc as you go into the bush and your last click registers on the ward as you come back or you have the "autoattack things near me" option on which targets the ward. You can see you ms spike shortly after you start moving again.
