Will fiora get any compensation for the black cleaver remake?
really nerfed her as she has zero use for the movespeed and the old black cleaver was way better on her as she is just an ult bot. She could use some slight help after this went through.

Aside from that item not being core in her build, it is still stronger now for her than it was before, why on earth would she get compensated.
I don't really get how you don't think +10% cdr and building out of phage isn't good for fiora

I think it's better for her than the old one was.
She also gets 400 health and more CDR. It also makes her better because she works on delivering a bunch of blows in rapid succession with double dash and attack speed steroid+ravenous hydra proc so debuffing them before your ult is so much quicker now. And again, 400 health. Fiora's weakness is her glass cannon build. 400 health makes her tankier and more potential to lifesteal.
