As someone who hasn't played her, it just seems like she has everything going for her, except CC. She has some poke, some stealth (on par with other champions' ults), mobility (better than any other champion I can think of), and some burst. What can she not do? This isn't salt, I honestly what to hear others' take on it.
She's probably not a great cook.
She's incredibly item dependent, i.e., her early game is pretty garbage. Her attack range is shorter than most ADCs, so she's easy to poke out and punish when she goes for CS. Her damage also gets tanked by minions really easily, so it's hard for her to apply pressure in lane.
She snowballs crazy hard and has all the tools needed to fly in and assassinate someone, but she's worse in the laning phase than a lot of other ADCs.
You said it yourself: no CC whatsoever. Additionally, her only team utility is vision on a target if she manages to hit it with W.

This is what I like to ask about certain champs like Renekton. Even when he's weak, he still feels overbearing to me just because of all the shit he has. It's the same for a lot of champions tbh. Riot just kinda has to give champions a little bit of everything to make them useful at this point.
