Solution for smurfs and new players

At settings, there should be a guaranteed level 30 account one you pay let's say 100 ranked games with 16 random champs from the ones on your main, as I fo one feel like I wanna reach gold but I prefer ranked struggle on an account that I will do placements and hopefully go 8/2 for gold than 100 games in Silver. It would also help new players get rid of smurfs to test their skill. Also I believe it is possible but revert change to half XP to level 30 as most new people get level 30 with no champs or skill,like me and end up being crushed in their first games. This is why I feel like I screwed up by ranking as soon as I was 30. Or at least at level 30 turn the XP you would get into IP to help get new champs.

only reason you should want a "smurf" is if you're challenger simply because Que times are like 20+ minutes due to the player pool being so small. if you're gonna say to test a build or champion if you don't feel comfortable doing it live in a real match chances are 99/100 its probably not that great with millions of people playing the game someone is either doing it themselves or has tried it

I'm pretty sure riot is against smurfs

At least do it for the sake of new players. 80% of the friends that joined when I did and jumped straight into ranked created a smurf and now are doing better. I think Riot should know that your first rank is approximate and based on luck and even Gosu said he was bronze S1, practiced on a smurf and look at him now.
