Should The Black Cleaver and Lord Dominiks Regard passive switch?
Would it be better if the passives of Black Cleaver switched with Lord Dominiks Regard?
Something like this:
Black Cleaver: Passive: Deal additional physical damage to enemies with more health than you. The rage passive the same.
Lord Dominiks Regard: Passive: Dealing physical damage reduces the targets armor by 4% stacking up to 6 times for a maximum of 24%.
Their stats may need changes.
