SLOW CLAP... POPPY IS INCREDIBLE
As a poppy main for almost 4 years now, I have to say i'm impressed with the new kit!! Her kit seems very well thought out, and her abilities will create very unique if not terrifying interactions in the game. I love that you made Whomper's handle longer and kept her "relentless little girl who shouldn't be underestimated" theme. Everything seems to fit well with the lore as well as giving her a unique place in the game ecosystem. I know people will cry about the ult, but I feel it really keeps with the spirit of her original; Singling someone out and removing them from the fight... but in a much better way than simply "I'm immune to everything watch me kill your ADC while you can't do anything about it".
Last but not least, the nod to lolipoppy was GREAT! XD

. Use Illaoi's E only for Poppy to use her Ult and throw them out...far enough that the massive slow pretty much won't matter.
A funny thing about her Ult: if your Mid towers are still up but there's an enemy Champion in your base (by

, or by destroying the Top or Bot towers) you can hit them while they're in the middle and laugh as they take damage from the towers they neglected to destroy.
