How come in the game overview screen at it showed Vladimir crit for 400 damage?

So the game ended and I was checking the largest crit strikes, Vladmir somehow crit for 458 damage. He had no crit chance at all. How is this possible?

Some abilities that have variable damage depending on how you hit with it can show up as crits. The ones I know off the top of my head are Anivia's E and the center of (previously) Soraka's Q. I'm not too familiar with Vlad, but I'm assuming it's his buffed Q.
