Leaverbuster/AFKs and Ping

If a player is experiencing over a certain ping (let's say like 750-1k) and has to afk to resolve the issue/can't play their team should get loss prevented (in ranked?) and they will be excused from leaver buster. I don't know if there is a reader for ping that can do that but if there is, I think it would be a good addition or fixation to this problem. However, there could be loopholes such as running 10 youtube videos and a skype call when you start losing to make the ping go up. I just thought this would be nice because sometimes players get unknown and random lag spikes that can cost the game :l
