New Champs Animation: Can he go off the map when he is officially released? Or just a temporary bug?

Here you see NightBlu3 enjoying the outplay with Kayns E interaction as he "outplays" his enemies by running outside the map. It would be interesting seeing that no other champ can run outside the map, and have a new mechanic in the game. But is it this just going to be a temporary thing or is it going to be there when he is released. I would find it very annoying to face but fun to play with. Seeing your about to kill him and all he has to do is run off the map. Also when Kayn is in fog of war and he uses his E in the jungle walls. When can you stop seeing him? Is it you have true vision on him for a few seconds if you spot him or does he go invis until he comes out? Since the animation allows him to run through walls. I feel like there should be a shadow trail similar to nocturnes q, whenever Kayn uses his e. Would fit the dark nature of him and allow people to know his whereabouts. One more thing, when he e's through a wall. Does that wall have a CD to reuse, like talons E? Or is it just spammable? Please lemme know if you have tried any of these things and would like to know more.
