New Player Behavior System: A way to fix Elo Boosting, Win Trading, Trolls/Afkers ETC.
This is not to disrespect riot as a company or their policy and procedures this is just my opinion on how the game can become less toxic
I have been playing this game for about 7 years. And it was a long journey from the beginning. From the eSports coming out as a small game to where it is today, it is quite the story. But one thing I have noticed is that the Tribunal has had many mishaps over the course of years and the tribunal seems a bit unfair and not justified.
This game does has its flaws along with their successes. The game itself does have a lot of issues via balancing, lack of communication, etc. By doing so , this does make the game a bit more aggravating than anything else. Without comms in this game, makes it 10x harder than it needs to be. And people would say, this game is already toxic and using this isn't going to help. This is wrong. I had 5 games where we all 5 got into discord, just a bunch of random solo q players, and the games went a lot smoother and lot less toxic than anything else. I mean it's just like any other game, you don't like someone you just simply mute them. But for those that want to communicate and work together, then this is what they are wanting. This is just to get a base line of what I have experienced and does provoke the toxicity to go up because people are trying to communicate and pinging and typing can only go so far.
So back to the tribunal, it needs to be fixed. Over the years, the community does suffer while Riot works on eSports. Which I understand to a certain degree, but it makes the rest of us feel like crap. So I am here to help develop a method or a better way to punish those who make this game toxic or make it what it should not be.
In CS:GO, there is a method they use to punish cheaters/hackers in their games. Not so much as the toxicity, but to punish those play wrongfully. It's called Overwatch. If you don't have any history or getting punished and you keep a good behavior, you are allowed to partake in the OverWatch. You get to review a game, where there is a suspect and you can see from their point of view. Doesn't include chat just the gameplay. And at the end of the review, you are able to decide whether this person needs to be punished or not. And let's say 10 out of 10 people say he is cheating, then he gets VAC Banned. Rough estimate but you get the picture.
So my idea is to have a similar method, if you reach Honor Level 3 within the game, you have opportunity to partake in a review of someone. When you download the game, you also get the chat, meaning you can see what a person is saying from the champ select to the post game screen. It doesn't have to have their name can be suspect or awaiting judgement, and you can see what they say and do within the game. Now I also think that people can review games within their certain rank and below. So a challenger can review games from their level to bronze. And a bronze can review bronze games. Or anyone can do anyone. Its more of a trail and error kind of thing, But if a person gets a certain amount of reviews that say yes this is a troll or yes he is win trading, then the punishment would come after. From chat restriction to perma-banned for the punishments.
I think think this is something that can be used to help reduce the levels of toxicity within the game and make the game a bit better. Now let me show you a perfect example on how messed up the tribunal is. These videos go to their rightful owners, I have no partake in any means in these videos, I am simply using them for references.

I would spend hours reviewing games and punishing those who ruin this game than having to deal with them. Not looking for anything in return just a chance to help clean up the game. Cause I feel like Riot would rather work with the eSports and the whole production of it than bother with the community itself. So this is us wanting to do our part and to be able to make a change.
