Rek'sai is gonna need some buffs after both of her jungle items being ripped apart.

Rek'sai was a good jungler. She played well when warrior was the best enchant (and it also helped that she herself was really strong). Even when she received a couple of damage nerfs and warrior was subsequently nerfed as well, it was okay because rek'sai also made good use of cinderhulk. But now she has been nerfed some more, and her other jungle item cinderhulk has also gotten nerfed again. She can't build runeglaive or devourer, so plz, save rek'sai. You see it all too often, when a strong champion gets a lot of direct nerfs, and then gets indirectly nerfed with the items he builds also getting nerfed.

tldr: with her items getting nerfed as well, rek'sai could use some compensation buffs.
