viktor does not by far have the highest rotation damage. mainly because his Q is more of a utility than damage. his W does no damage at all. and his E does HUGE damage which is about it. his ult is damage per second which unless they are stunned and even then. should not take all the damage in. even tho viktor is my favorite mage right now. if you want a mage that will for sure one combo pretty much any jungler. get annie. she can easily do 3k damage lol.

umm, 5 month old thread necro that completely missed the joke?

And viktor does actually have a ton of burst from a Q+AA+E+R especially 5 months ago since it was before his early game nerfs and a lot of the ap changes (that lowered the amount of ap you could get)

Just slightly higher HP really and more natural MR actually. Not counting the ult defense steroid or the ability to negate auto attacks for a short duration.

Of course using your logic Sion and Riven are also trash tier.
