There is a major issue when garen can 1v1 any champion in the game 90% of the time by simply pressing 1 button repeatedly. There is a major issue when kalista can q e and instantly kill someone because she happens to recieve +20% damage in urf for being too "weak". There is a major issue when JUNGLING TO SECURE OBJECTIVES AND GANK LANES is considered trolling. There is a major issue when you intentionally try to lose the game because you inted level 1. There is a major issue when champions like Gragas or sej are so awful and champions like garen and veigar are allowed without any consequence. There is a major issue when securing elder dragon 90% of the time will grant you a win. There is a major issue when players with awful macro claim to be better than everyone while intentionally trying to lose the game.
