...because I am on # 995, and if so I would love to play with anyone who worked on Lucian, Ashe, Jinx, Kha'Zix, or Miss Fortune.

you dont have a guarantee but you can nicely ask them on social media, which is probably the highest chance way. most rioters are cool guys and if they have some spare time and feel like it and if you are really lucky cause everyone wants to play with them, they might play with you. gl with it and hf if you get one ^^
