It is sometimes impossible late game to kill
while I chained them and I'm staring at them twittling my thumbs waiting for the chain to pop and casually see my health go down to 0 in 2 seconds. This "delayed damage" thing that LB has going on for her...its not working.

She cant, why because her W does next to no damage, her E takes to long to trigger, and her q does medicore damage. Why can she not pump her damage out within a second? Because she fucking cant.

assassins are meant to fall off btw
leblanc excels at early game destruction and can easily one shot with a bunch of chains and q
her w isn't meant to do damage now, just meant to serve as a way to proc passive and mobility
