Gangplank reworked too hard.

Should have just got a visual update and tweaks to his numbers. lol his E is some barrel toss move now, what is he donkey kong? i sware to god if his gun was nerfed even more now.... also his character model is indeed flashy and cool looking from one perspective, from another he looks all exaggerated and bloated and cartoony now. used to just be a slick looking pirate with a gun, now he's a character from fricken spongebob that throws donkeykong barrels. wow GG riot
