Just thought id share an idea :D

You know how theres been a rise in velkoz being used tiwh the glacial augment ? for those that dont know you go flacial augment and get GLP + twin shadows this way youre creates areas of slows which allow for much easy landing of his combo as well as the potential for him to get more W procs and with the combination of ult its an ultra slow - very strong

I thought this rune set up is very good and wondered what other champs it could work well on - then it hit me .... Malzahar! He is a champion that is actually strong and for me i find one of his greatest downsides is his potential of gap closing to get ults etc

With glacial augment andf using the same build of GLP and twin shadows Malzhar has an amazing roaming potential as well as catching potential - i feel like it made him extra useful and he still maintains his damage burst for those that worry about damage :o
