got new benefits in the last patch

15% more heals and shields on is not a unique passive, so it stacks. it also got 20 more ap in the last patch for a total of 60.

call me stupid, but i think getting 2 or maybe 3 or karma is good. R + E = shields for days for the whole team

No I wouldn't you would get more of of the scaling from actual AP items after you bought this. because it would stack multiplicative not additional.

So all-in-all have two of these over 1 and an AP item WOULD net you less shields overall.
