a message to riot game talking about my Tragedy and i need everyone to read it please PLEASE PLEASE

hello riot games :D first of all, i want to say that i really love your game. i just have one question.

how do you put people together in ranked based on their elo ? i am looking for an answer not a simple talk please.

the reason is that i am a silver 2 player in season 5 and now i got placed in bronze 3 in this season. this is not the problem. i am climbing easily back to silver and everything is good. i was on a 6 games winning streak when i got placed with a team that played badly. i said to myself " this is ok it is just a bad day or a bad game and i will win next time". but the thing that shocked me is that after the game ( it was 1 vs 33 by the way ) i looked at my team match histories. I SWEAR I DID NOT SEE GREEN ON IT. ONLY RED IN RANKED. there elo is soooo low and there match history had no green on it i swear. there were 4 premades. i want to know, i am climbing easily out of bronze and on a 6 games wining streak and my win ratio it more than 50%. how did i get placed with these people who literally have 0% win rate. i will say it again, there match history had no GREEEEEEEEEEEEN in it ( wins ) and only had REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED IN RANKED ( losses)

does this mean my elo or mmr is the same as them ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! if yes, then how ? although i have more than 50% wins
