What do you think about adding a team-builder option to flex queue?

I regularly play with the same 4 or 5 people and there's quite a few times we get stuck with 4 and it takes 5-20 minutes where we all invite our whole friends list before a 5th joins. It might be cool if the party leader could press a button to open the party to a public listing of rooms. Maybe a quick title could be added like "NEED A SUPPORT" or something. And then an elo filter for people looking to join so they can target rooms that have an average elo they want to play in. Am I alone in this?

Hmm, they'd probably have to give it a new name then. What about "dynamic queue"? :P
