Cdr on ulties

Guys the cloud drake gives 10℅ extra cdr on ultimate each.... So does the ultimate hunter rune stack with it? Meaning 40% cdr plus another 25% from ultimate hunter plus 10% times drake? So just to be precice karthus and soraka will have less than 30 sec cdr on their ultimates?

UHunter and the cloud dragon buff do stack, but they do so multiplicatively. The max CDR for ultimates is 75.25%, obtained through 40% CDR, Cosmic Insight, UHunter, and 4 cloud dragon buffs.
