Where lethality/Magic Pen. @

Any mods/devs reading this plz

I saw the new runes and did not find a single rune in any 5 tree/categories that gives any armor or magic penetration.

Are those removed completely? and only source of armor/magic pen. are in game items only??

this is kinda disappointing cause I was getting used taking full lethality runes+masteries, on just about any AD champ. Off-meta, yes ofc...but I really liked them and made it work just as good as any other meta rune setup for any champ. Those allowed me some sort variance in gameplay when playing same champ over and over again, like I could go for full attack speed Yi, if I see 2 tank 1 juggernaut picked in enemy team, or my "off-meta" full lethality+PD+IE if I dont want enemy carry to live/stay in fight after I Q+2AA him late in game. Like times when regular AS Yi can't even scratch the ranged carry as he lifesteals every thing. Also, 2 hitting a squishy feels really good.

so once again, where are penetration runes???? bye bye forever or can I expect to see some sometimes later???
