Let's Talk about this: Runes Reforged

So I proposed a question regarding next seasons removal of Runes/Masteries & the upcoming RUNES REFORGED system.

"What will happen to players who already own ALL the champions in the game. Since Runes Reforged will free up alot of IP for people to buy champions who don't have say or which ever new champion hits the rift, what will happen to those who have been around long enough to unlock all the champions & now have a Surplus of IP. It also doesn't help since when a new champion is released, you can reroll 3 champion shards in Hextech crafting (assuming you got them from Hextech Chests earned from S-Ranks) & unlock the newest champion without using any IP at all. Will there be a new way to Spend IP outside champion Icons? Perhaps new Hextech Crafting material for special loot chests, maybe? I would just hate having to earn IP and never have an effective or exciting way to actually use it."

Sure, players who don't have every champion will be fine, but I'm specifically talking about some of us who've "Caught them all". As someone who's been around for quite sometime (Almost 4 years now), Spending IP almost seems pointless as there's no real reason to do so (Unless there's some rare obscure build I would like to try that I don't have the runes for). Generally if Summoner Icons that cost IP are released, I make sure I pick them up (As they usually disappear from the shop after some time has passed). Sure they look cool, but I'd personally would rather equip the Pulsefire Ezreal or Elementalist Lux icons. They could eventually make Dynamic Icons that give your Summoner Page an animated backrounds with champions of your choice (worth 6300-7800IP each), however I feel like it would depreciate the value of the Icons that come with Ultimate Skins. Once Runes Reforged is launched & our Runes/Mastery system goes to Retirement Bay (With all the Good Ole' Stuff from Leagues past), there will be less ways to spend IP for players that have everything.
